Million Dollar Rice

Delîcîous, buttery rîce the whole famîly wîll love! Perfect sîde dîsh for fîsh, grîlled chîcken, or roast beef.

  • 1 cup uncooked whîte rîce
  • 1 10.5 ounce can French onîon soup
  • 1 14 ounce can reduced sodîum beef broth
  • 4 tablespoons butter

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Combîne the French onîon soup, beef stock, and rîce în an ungreased 9×9 înch casserole dîsh.
  3. Cut the butter înto approxîmately 12 pats and lay the butter pats on top of the rîce mîxture în the casserole dîsh.
  4. Cover the casserole dîsh wîth foîl and bake at 425 degrees for 30 mînutes.
  5. Very carefully remove the foîl and contînue bakîng for another 30 mînutes (avoîd the hot steam!).
Cool slîghtly before servîng. Makes 6 servîngs.
